Siantong International Logistics cooperates with Aramex in Hong Kong to launch Siantong Middle East special line. When arriving in the Middle East, the price of African countries has prominent advantages.

Charging standard:

1. The freight:

Aramex's shipping rates are divided into two parts: basic shipping rates and fuel surcharges, which vary monthly and are subject to the data published on Aramex's website or Tentong's website. The specific international express freight can be checked in the client of Instantong website

The first weight of the Siantong Middle East special line is 0.5kg, the weight of a single package is limited to 30KG, and more than one ticket can be taken, and the total weight is unlimited. Package sizes are limited to 250X80X80(CM). Instant Middle East special line single package weight unlimited. If the volume weight exceeds the actual weight, it shall be charged according to the volume weight. The algorithm of volume weight is length * width * height /5000 (unit: CM).

2. Foreign charges:

The price does not include any taxes that may be incurred in the destination country. The customs duties or other miscellaneous charges may be incurred when the package is delivered to the customs abroad, which shall be paid by the consignee. If the consignee refuses to pay, the consignee shall bear the cost. Dutiable packages will also be subject to duty if returned or discarded.

Prohibited Articles:

1. Articles prohibited by national laws and regulations for circulation or delivery;

2. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic and other dangerous goods;

If prohibited items are sent, the carrier may be fined and the shipper is held responsible.

Compensation standard:

1. Generally, Aramex can access the Internet within two days after delivery. In order to ensure the safety of the customer, after Siantong collects the goods and the operation bill and collects the freight, Siantong will compensate the customer for the loss of the express items according to the declared value (the upper limit is USD100), and the maximum is not more than three times the freight. If there is no result within 2 months from the date of inquiry, we will regard the item as lost before online and compensate the customer according to this rule. If the parcel is found later and it has nothing to do with our responsibility, we reserve the right to recover the compensation.

2. If Aramex parcels are lost, missing, damaged or delayed in the delivery process due to non-fault of Aramex, Instant will assist the Customer to apply for compensation from Aramex Express Company. Aramex will compensate for the damage or loss of the express goods according to the declared value, up to USD 100. After confirming the lost articles, the post office will usually settle the compensation within half a year. The specific time and amount of compensation are subject to the results of the post office. However, it is not liable for indirect losses and unrealized benefits.

3. Aramex Express Company shall not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:

1. caused by force majeure.

The articles posted or delivered in violation of the regulations on forbidden or restricted Posting have been confiscated by the competent authority or disposed of in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. The package is in good package, without any trace of removal, and the addressee has signed for the package according to the prescribed procedures, but the addressee later finds the contents short or damaged.

Loss or delay of the package due to the fault of the customer or the mailed goods themselves.

5. The customer fails to inquire about or claim for compensation from the date of submitting the package to the expiration of the inquiry period.

International parcels are detained, confiscated or destroyed by the country of destination in accordance with its domestic laws.

Delivery process:

1. Log in the client of the International Logistics System → single input/batch upload → submit the order (unconfirmed column) → print the address label (confirmed shipment column) → delivery.

2. On the day after delivery, you can log into your account registered in Siantong, such as Zhangsan (Zhangsan), on the home page of the Siantong website www.stex.cc, and you can check the relevant delivery records, including the package billing weight, bill number, receipt information and other data.

3. After get order you can be in instantaneous communication website: www.stex.cc or Aramex website: http://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx to track the parcel information.

Note:

1. Transient on the Middle East railway freight customs does not contain the arrival of the goods at the destination may produce tariffs, customs fines, warehousing, customs clearance fee and other expenses, or due to complete the goods destination customs clearance procedures or the recipient does not cooperate with clearance, cause the goods to be returned the sender (at this point cannot be destroyed), all expenses such as produced by the recipient to refusal of payment, is to be borne by the sender.
