After receiving notice from Hong Kong service provider D, all B2C goods containing jewelry and watches sent to Kuwait must comply with the following shipping requirements:

1. A detailed commercial invoice, which must include: a. accurate product value; b. brand name; c. country of manufacture;

2. Proof of payment;

3. The certificate of origin shall be provided for goods with declared value greater than USD2999.

(Smart watches are not subject to the above restrictions)

All agents are requested to know the above and inform the sender. All B2C goods containing jewelry and watches will be handed over to the Ministry of Commerce for inspection. The importer must arrange for a third-party customs clearance agent to handle the customs clearance of the goods. If the accurate value of the goods is not truthfully declared, the customs will The value of the goods will be reassessed, the goods will be detained and/or fines will be imposed on the goods. Our company will no longer review the goods information one by one before sending it to the service provider.
